I am writing you this letter
to make you aware of a great opportunity to enjoy a blessing from the Lord.
One Spirit is a gospel singing group who sing God’s praises with
traditional and country gospel music.
One Spirit is a group which
includes Ross and Cathy Reynolds and Robert Wentzel.
Ross and Cathy Reynolds were instrumental in the start of God’s Country
Church and Ross served as the band leader of God’s Country Band from 1997 to
2000. At this time they felt called
to form “One Spirit” to further serve the Lord.
Since April of 2003, Ross is currently back with God’s Country Church
to lead our band once again.
I have known Ross, Cathy and
Bob since 1997 and have served with Ross at God’s Country for over four years.
One Spirit will bring a blessing to you because they consider their
singing to be a ministry of worship not a performance of entertainment.

for Him
Many times people come to
pastors asking for a letter of reference or referral and the pastor hesitates to
recommend this ministry to others. This
is not the case for “One Spirit”. Ross
and Cathy Reynolds combine with Bob Wentzel to form a trio that will truly be a
blessing to you and your congregation. If
you are looking for a group to come and entertain, then look elsewhere.
It is not that “One Spirit” is unentertaining, rather it is not their
goal to provide people with just another enjoyable evening.
It is the heart and gift of Ross, Cathy and Bob to bring people into the

There are people
that travel the road of life with Jesus that never get rewards or recognition
from their peers because they are mostly local and not a household name across
the country. Ross, Cathy and Bob are
three of those people. They write
songs about Jesus that people hear, maybe for the first time, on how to live
your life, how to treat your friends and about heaven.
Some of their song writings are in the “Dove Award” class, up there
with Amy Grant or Vince Gill. One
Spirit may get their big break some day and maybe not but surely when they stand
before God they will hear the words, “Come on in my good and faithful
servants, job well done”. I am so
glad that as we all walk the road of life we have people like Ross, Cathy and
Bob singing and writing the true words of the Lord.
