One Spirit CD Information
In May of 2002 One Spirit recorded their first CD, "God Is Good, All The Time". It is a collection of songs written by Ross Reynolds and Robert Wentzel as well as a little from Cathy Reynolds. Also with their friends, Rocky Morris and Tracy Dartt. It also contains a couple of old hymns.

In March of 2005 One Spirit completed their second CD, "My Journey's Just Begun". The title track was written by Ross for his Grandmother, Polly Ann, when she was preparing for her "graduation" to heaven. She got to hear the song before she passed away.
"Kneel Down" was first written by Ross' Great Grandmother, Sarah. The original date is unknown but if it's dated from the time of her death it's well over 70 years old. The song was passed down from generation to generation till Ross finally ended up with it. After many years of prodding by his father, Chuck, Ross, with some help with his wife Cathy, finally finished the song by adding music a chorus and correcting minor grammar. Robert put in the final touches of harmony to complete the song.
Ross was with Robert when he was doing some special music at a church. Robert talked about how "Steel Sharpens Steel" and how we must keep each other in check. Ross made some notes, jotted down a few lines for the song and gave them to Robert. Robert took what he started added a couple of verses and a chorus and also the sound effects and finished the song.
The song "It's Just a Matter of Time" was an idea Ross got from his mother, Jo. A dear lady in her church, Mary Miller, was getting up in years and not in very good health. Jo didn't know her that well on a personal basis and wanted to make sure she knew exactly where she was going when passed away. It didn't take long to realize she was a Godly woman and had Jesus in her heart. During the conversation she simply leaned over to Jo and with a gentle pat on her knee in a tired and weathered voice she said, "honey it's just a matter of time till I'll be going home". While Jo was telling this story to Ross he was literally writing the chorus to the song.
